Pipeline Analytics & Insights
Accessing Pipeline Analytics
AgentBoard provides detailed analytics for your player pipeline, giving you insights into your deal flow:
- Navigate to the Pipeline page
- Click the Analytics tab at the top of the page
- View the dashboard of pipeline metrics and visualizations
You can also access a condensed version of pipeline analytics directly from your main dashboard.
Key Pipeline Metrics
The analytics dashboard provides several important metrics:
Volume Metrics
- Total players in pipeline
- Players per stage
- New players added (week/month)
- Deals closed (week/month)
Velocity Metrics
- Average time in each stage
- Average deal cycle length
- Stage transition rates
- Stalled deals (no movement in 30+ days)
Visual Analytics
The analytics dashboard includes several visualizations to help you understand your pipeline:
- Pipeline Funnel: Shows the number of players at each stage, visualized as a funnel
- Stage Distribution: Pie chart showing the percentage of players in each pipeline stage
- Pipeline Velocity: Bar chart showing the average time players spend in each stage
- Deal Progression: Line chart showing how many players moved between stages over time
Hover over any chart element to see detailed information in a tooltip. Click on chart segments to filter the pipeline view to show just those players.
Pipeline Reports
In addition to real-time analytics, you can generate and export detailed reports:
- From the Analytics tab, click the Reports button
- Select the type of report you want to generate:
- Pipeline Summary Report
- Stage Transition Analysis
- Deal Velocity Report
- Pipeline Forecast
- Choose your date range and other parameters
- Click Generate Report
- View the report online or download it as CSV or PDF
Using Analytics to Improve Your Process
Here are some ways to use pipeline analytics to optimize your workflow:
- Identify bottlenecks: Look for stages where players spend an unusually long time
- Spot dropoff points: Find stages with high exit rates where deals frequently fall through
- Monitor velocity trends: Track if your deals are moving faster or slower over time
- Optimize resource allocation: Focus efforts on stages with the most players or longest durations
