AgentBoard's pipeline view organizes players by their current stage in your deal process. This visual representation helps you track progress and manage workflow:
Players are displayed as cards within their current pipeline stage
Each column represents a stage in your pipeline (New Lead, Prospecting, etc.)
Cards contain key player information at a glance (name, position, age, etc.)
You can expand a card to see more details without leaving the pipeline view
Moving Players with Move Buttons
The primary way to move players between stages is using the Move buttons:
Locate the player card you want to move
Click the Move button on the player card
A dropdown menu will appear showing available destination stages
Select the stage you want to move the player to
The player card will immediately move to the selected stage
Moving a player also updates their pipeline_stage field automatically in their player profile.
Stage Movement Tracking
Each time you move a player between stages, AgentBoard records this action:
The date and time of the move is logged
The user who made the change is recorded
The previous and new stages are tracked
This information appears in the player's activity history
You can view this history by clicking on a player's name to go to their details page, then navigating to the Activity tab.
Automatic Notifications
Moving players between stages can trigger notifications:
When you move a player to a critical stage (e.g., Negotiation or Offer Made), you'll be prompted to add a note about the change
If a player is shared with another agent, they'll receive a notification when you move the player to a new stage
You can set up custom notifications for specific stage transitions in your user settings
