What is the AI Card Generator?

The AI Card Generator is an innovative feature in AgentBoard that allows you to create player cards from simple text descriptions:

• Convert natural language descriptions into structured player data
• Quickly add new players without filling out multiple form fields
• Extract key information like name, age, position, and skills automatically
• Share AI-generated players directly with your network

This feature is especially useful for quickly adding players discussed in emails, messages, or scouting reports.

Accessing the AI Card Generator

To use the AI Card Generator:

1. Navigate to the Cooperation section in the sidebar menu
2. Click on the AI Card Generator tab
3. You'll see the text input area where you can enter your player description

The generator is also accessible when creating a new player by clicking "Generate from Description" on the player creation form.

Writing Effective Descriptions

For best results, include the following details in your player description:

• Essential Information:
  • Full name
  • Age or date of birth
  • Position or playing role
  • Nationality
• Additional Helpful Details:
  • Current club
  • Contract situation
  • Key skills or playing style
  • Physical attributes (height, build, etc.)
  • Recent performance highlights
  • Agent or representative name (will be extracted automatically)

Generating the Player Card

To create a player card from your description:

1. Enter your player description in the text area
2. Click the Generate Player Card button
3. Wait a few moments while the AI processes your description
4. Review the generated player card with extracted information
5. The system will automatically identify and fill in:
   • Player name, age, and nationality
   • Position and role
   • Current club and contract status
   • Key attributes based on the description
   • Agent name (if mentioned in the description)

Editing and Refining the Generated Card

After the AI generates the player card:

1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy
2. Edit any incorrect or missing information by clicking on the field
3. Add additional details not captured by the AI
4. Adjust the pipeline stage as needed
5. Click Save & Share to finalize the player card

If the AI missed important information, you can regenerate the card with a more detailed description or edit the fields manually.

Sharing the Generated Player

Once you're satisfied with the generated player card:

1. Click Save & Share at the bottom of the card
2. Choose whether to:
   • Add to your own player list only
   • Share with specific agents (enter their email addresses)
3. Add a personal note to accompany the shared player (optional)
4. Set access permissions for each recipient
5. Click Confirm to finalize

Using Manual Card Creation

If you prefer to create cards manually instead of using AI:

1. In the Cooperation section, click the AI Card Generator tab
2. Look for the Create Manually button below the text input area
3. Click this button to access the manual card creation form
4. Fill in all required fields
5. Click Save & Share to create the player card

This option gives you complete control over all player details from the beginning.
